| In 1804 a Strict Baptist chapel opened on 10th June in Gutter Lane, later renamed Chapel Lane. It was registered on 1st December 1810 and an internal baptistry was added in 1818. There is a gallery set on cast iron columns around 3 sides and the pulpit is original. | |
