I'm currently doing some research on the story of the drummer of Tedworth, and would be very grateful if you were able to help me with the following: I understand that the house reputedly haunted by the drummer in 1662-3 was Zouch (or Zouche?) Manor, owned by John Mompesson - does anything remain of the building? Where was it located in the village?

I believe my great grandfather walked the first train across Salisbury Plain in the early 1900s. Is there any documentation or photographic evidence on the construction of the railway.
