Mary Williams was baptized at Coln St Aldwyns,Gloucestershire on 18 August 1850. She married John Bond at Kempsford, Gloucestershire, on 17 October 1872. They then moved back to Coln St Aldwyns, where three children were born. The family moved to Quenington, Gloucestershire around 1900, where Alfred Williams noted four songs, including a version of Of all the Brave Birds, from Mrs Bond. Literate. [AB]
